AP Physics 1 - Introductory PhysicsHey Juniors!! Ladies and Gentlemen, I hope you are having a good summer, and have had some time to relax and enjoy the world around you. The math you will be exposed to in AP Physics 1 shouldn't be anything you haven't seen before, but you may be out of practice because, face it, distance learning just isn't the same. It will be helpful to review these math topics that we will use without blinking in Physics. I am including a math review as your Summer Assignment below. I've also included some links to on-line tutorials, but I strongly encourage you to seek out others if you aren't satisfied with the ones I've shared.
This assignment will be collected your first week back to school; it's best to not procrastinate, and exercise those brain cells throughout the summer. Good luck, and I look forward to meeting you in August!
Get Ready to Mark Your CalendarsIf you are struggling with any of the topics addressed on the Math Review, I will be offering FIT tutorials. Dates to be announced later.

AP Physics C - Calculus-Based PhysicsHey Seniors!! I'm posting this single assignment for you to complete before you return to school; it is an introductions to some of the calculus that we will be using in AP Physics C. I strongly encourage you to get started on this assignment before school begins, rather than after, so that the beginning of the school year goes smoothly.
I will collect this assignment during our first week back to school in August, so get moving. I'm providing links to tutorials, if you need them, but I also encourage you to seek out other resources that might suit your learning style better. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me via e-mail. I'll be traveling through some remote locations, so please allow time for me to respond.
On-Line TutorialsAgain, it is NOT necessary that you watch the videos below. They are a great resource, because we will be jumping into derivatives and integrals much more quickly than they will be introduced in your calculus class. For the derivatives and antiderivatives, we will mostly be dealing with the power rule and the chain rule.
